Project Boarhills and Dunino Community Trust (BDCT) aims to purchase a piece of land at the North end of the village of Boarhills, adjacent to the Fife Coastal Path, for the benefit of the local community and visiting walkers. A Scottish Land Fund Stage 1 grant is in place, a Community Right to Buy application is in process and the site has been valued at £140,000. The land provides an excellent opportunity for the community to develop an amenity site to include interpretation and signage, seating, new hedging, an orchard, wildflowers, and the restoration of
