/ Conditions of special water use 1. Comply with the requirements of water legislation, in particular Article 44 of the Water Code_ of Ukraine on the responsibilities of water users. 2. Adhere to the rules of operation of water supply sources in accordance with current legislation.

3. In accordance with the Procedure for state accounting of water use, approved by the order of the Ministry of Environment from 16.03.2015 № 78, annually, not later than February 1 of the year following the reporting period, submit a report on water use form 2TP-water (annual) to the Basin Department water resources of the Southern Bug River.

4. To comply with the conditions of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine (letter № 5932/10 / 10-19 dated March 27, 2019): 4.1. Use of water for drinking needs only at conformity of quality of water according to requirements of DSanPiN 2.2.4-171-10

4.2. Keep regular records of water selection, its quality and depth of level in the water intake structure

4.3. Mandatory presence of fences of zones of a strict sanitary mode and a belt, existence of water meters, cranes for water sampling. 4.4. Observance of sanitary and technical norms on the maintenance of an operational water intake construction and water-bearing communications

4.5. Drilling of new wells and construction of facilities that may have a negative impact on groundwater quality shall be carried out in accordance with the projects drawn up and approved in accordance with the established procedure.

4.6. According to Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Drinking Water, Drinking Water Supply and Sewerage" and Article 19 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine, in case of use of groundwater for drinking water supply the business entity must obtain a special subsoil use permit, taking into account the features provided by Article 23 of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine.

4.7. Provide annually by January 20 of the year following the reporting year the data of regime observations, information on the actual water abstraction and the results of chemical analyzes in the form of 7- GR (groundwater) Podolsk GGP (Geologiv St., 5, Khmelnytsky, 29016) »Str. Anton Tsedik, 16, Kyiv, 03057, tel. (044) 456-60-61, 455-60-75). 5. The permit is issued taking into account all places of water use and drainage in the territory of Vinnytsia region. When changing the information about the place of activity or conditions of water use and drainage, this permit is subject to revocation (Articles 49, 55 of the Water Code of Ukraine).
