Talayman Acoustics is a full-service, independent acoustic design and consultancy firm offering comprehensive services in architectural acoustics, building acoustics, environmental acoustics, audio-visual systems, noise and vibration control design as well as acoustic testing. With our experienced engineers and architects specialised in the field of acoustics 1 and AV, we provide solutions for wide variety of clients including architectural design groups, project management organisations, construction companies, private and state organisations.
As we work in accordance with international standards, legislations and legal procedures, we urge to provide solutions for our clients that consist of realistic, functional, feasible and cost-effective details addressing directly to requirements of the task.
We offer acoustic consultancy, design and testing services for building projects designed and constructed to comply with acoustic criteria of BREEAM and LEED certifications. Talayman Acoustics is a supporting member of the leading sustainability initiative, Turkish Green Building Association (ÇEDBIK), which is a member to the World Green Building Council (WGBC).

Curriculum Vitae Born in 1974, in Istanbul. He studied Electric Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and was graduated with a thesis on “Computer Based Voice and Speech Recognition” in 1998.
During 1998-1999, he attended Music Technology & Acoustics course in The University of York (UK) and got his MSc degree with a thesis on “An Investigation Into Reverberation Time Estimations Using Feed-Forward Neural Networks”.
After returning to Istanbul he worked as a freelance Acoustics Consultant. In 2000, he started to work as an Acoustics Specialist at Pro-Plan Engineering Ltd. He led the project of “National Metrology Institute Acoustics Laboratories” in TÜBİTAK Gebze-Kocaeli, and “Acoustic and Gas Emission Laboratory” of Istanbul Technical University Automotive Technology Department. He was assigned as Site and Local Project Manager for G+H Schallschutz GmbH.
In 2004, he founded Fores Akustik Ltd. as the Managing Partner and provided acoustic design, consultancy and acoustical testing services. In 2009, he founded Talayman Acoustics Ltd. and he is currently the principal acoustic consultant.
He gives lectures on “Architectural Acoustics Design and Measurement Techniques” at Mimar Sinan University, Istanbul.
Türker Talayman is the first and only Full Member of Acoustical Society of America (ASA) from Turkey. He is an extended executive board member of Turkish Acoustical Society (TAKDER).
