PUCCIONI CV.Pdf MARCO SIMON PUCCIONI Regista, sceneggiatore Laureato in architettura a Roma e Master in Fine Arts in regia cinematografica a Los Angeles (CalArts). Ha una estesa esperienza nell’insegnamento della regia e delle tecniche di filmmaking avendo iniziato ad insegnare in California gli studenti delle middle and high schools e continuando poi in Italia presso lo IED, l’accademia delle Belle Arti di Perugia e la scuola di cinema Gian Maria Volontè. Ha realizzato diversi corti e documentari che testimoniano un forte interesse per un cinema legato a tematiche sociali e all’elaborazione di un linguaggio cinematografico personale incentrato su argomenti esistenziali e affettivi. Nel 1996 riprendendo l'impegno che unisce il cinema ai diritti umani, fonda l’associazione Cinema Senza Confini e concepisce il Progetto Intolerance. Film catalogo continuo e collettivo, contro l'intolleranza che coinvolge oltre 50 autori del cinema italiano. Nel 1997 insieme a Guido Chiesa, Davide Ferrario, Antonio Leotti, Daniele Vicari realizza il film documentario Partigiani! presentato al XV. Festival Giovani di Torino. Nel 1998/99 tratto da un racconto del premio Strega Alessandro Barbero, realizza Sell Your Body, Now!, che vince diversi premi internazionali. Il suo primo lungometraggio QUELLO CHE CERCHI, viene tenuto a lungo da Nanni Moretti nella sua sala e accolto dalla stampa italiana e straniera come uno dei migliori esordi degli ultimi anni, ha viaggiato per festival ricevendo diversi premi e riconoscimenti tra cui una nomination al David di Donatello 2003 come migliore regista esordiente. Dal 2002 al 2006 realizza quattro documentari: Tuttigiorni un documentario sulla vita nei territori occupati in Palestina (co-regia con R. Giannarelli), La Fortezza vista da basso sul movimento new-global al Forum Sociale Europeo di Firenze, La Divina Commedia secondo La Fura dels Baus e 100 ANNI della nostra storia (co-regia con G. Pannone) per il centenario della CGIL (candidato al David di Donatello, miglior documentario). Nel 2004 presenta alla Mostra del cinema di Venezia il mediometraggio Corpo Immagine con Piera Degli Esposti e l’ancora sconosciuto Nicolas Vaporidis. Nel 2007 il secondo lungometraggio RIPARO, partecipa al 57mo festival di Berlino, unico italiano nella sezione Panorama. Il film con Maria deMedeiros, Antonia Liskova, Vitaliano Trevisan e il giovane Mounir Ouadi è distribuito in molti paesi (tra cui gli USA) e partecipa ad altri festival (più di 80, il film più invitato a festival degli ultimi anni) tra cui il prestigioso New Directors di New York e si aggiudica il Grand Prix del festival del cinema italiano di Annecy, oltre ai globo d’oro e il nastro d’argento per le interpreti e una candidatura al david per Antonia Liskova. Dal 2004 al 2008 è presidente dell’associazione di registi RING -forum dei registi indipendenti, impegnata nel promuovere il rinnovamento del cinema italiano e è tra ifondatori dell’associazione dei 100 autori di cui è stato membro del primo direttivo per i registi cinematografici. Dal 2003 è membro dell’Accademia del cinema italiano David di Donatello e dal 2010 dell’ EFA European Film Academy. Nel 2009 presenta alla Mostra del Cinema di Venezia il documentario Il colore delle parole, tra il Camerun e L’Italia affronta altri temi come la percezione dell’altro e l’intercultura seguendo il poeta attivista africano Teodoro Njock Ngana. Nel 2012 realizza il documentario Prima di Tutto, prima parte del documentario My journey to meet you sulle famiglie omogenitoriali poi premiato con una menzione speciale ai Nastri D argento. Nel 2013 presenta al 8vo festival del cinema di Roma il nuovo lungometraggio COME IL VENTO con Valeria Golino, Filippo Timi; Francesco Scianna, Chiara Caselli. Il film distribuito in diversi paesi ricevi numerosi riconoscimenti nei festival internazionali. Distribuito in sala in Italia e in Francia nel 2014 è messo in onda dalla piattaforma NETFLIX nel 2016 dalla Rai nel 2017 oltre che da diverse emittenti estere. Tra il 2014 e il 2018 alterna il lavoro di sceneggiatore a quello di produttore per documentari e opere prime, ma nel 2016 firma la co-regia del film partecipato Oggi Insieme Domani Anche ed al montaggio del documentario Ho due papà seconda parte del progetto "My Journey to Meet You" ed è in preparazione con due nuovi film per il cinema.     Bruno Todeschini (acteur) Il suit les cours de l'École supérieure d'art dramatique de Genève avant d'entrer au Théâtre des Aman- diers à Nanterre en 1986. Il y interprète des rôles au théâtre sous la direction de Patrice Chéreau, qui plus tard le fera jouer dans ses films. Révélé en 1992 dans La Sentinelle d'Arnaud Desplechin, il se consacre avant tout au cinéma d'auteur : on le voit dans des films de Téchiné (Ma saison préférée), Rivette (Haut bas fra- gile), Pascale Ferran, Haneke, Xavier Giannoli... The festival will run from Nov 21ST to Nov 24TH at the Walter Reade Theater (Lincoln Center) and at the Wang Center of Long Island, with a curated selection of movies showcasing the best of contemporary Italian cinema: over the course of four days we offer great authors, young directors, US and New York premieres and indepth movie analysis. Over the course of the few last years, Italian cinema has become more and more eclectic, able to surprise and renew itself, both in regards of themes and language, while the productions keep making room for new authors, which is a constant stimulus for the spectators and the industry alike. This is why the effort we put into promoting Italian cinema abroad turns into true pleasure. The most awaited appointment of this edition will take place at the Walter Reade Theater (Lincoln Center), where we proudly host the maestro Marco Bellocchio and his renown actor Pierfrancesco Favino.
