The natural setting offers the possibility of practicing various types and forms of tourism, but unfortunately its potential has not been harnessed. Through this paper we would like to highlight the impact that tourism could have on the local community as it could be an alternative for the agricultural function of the commune. The hospitality of the people living here and a still more beautiful landscape might be strengths of the commune in order to develop tourist activities. Key words: sustenability, comunity involvment, tourism resources, rural tourism * * * * * * INTRODUCTION There is no doubt that for more and more areas tourism is becoming a sustainable solution for the future development. In terms of the present paper we are interested in the manner in which tourism could impact a host community having no or little experience in deploying tourism activities as the only function was the agricultural one. In order to achieve that we propose an analytical debate of the tourism potential of the administrative territorial unit of the Husasău de Tinca via the tourism resources and aspects related to the demographic, social and economical issues that the commune is nowadays confronting with.

Bihor – Hajdu Bihar Euroregion is a form of cross-border cooperation that includes the counties of Bihor and Hajdu Bihor, at the midst of which there are the two county capitals, Oradea and Debrecen, communities that have a diverse ethnical structure, sharing a history older than 800 years. Nowadays we can talk about anintense cross-border cooperation at the Romanian-Hungarian border of various forms and shapes. Keywords: Euroregions, Demography, Ethnicity, Cross-border Cooperation, NUTS system The cities of Debrecen and Oradea, two cities on each side of the Romanian-Hungarian border, sharing a history of more than 800 years, found elements that made the two communities develop a series of cross-border cooperation elements on both sides of the border. The two municipalities become in 2002 part of Bihor-Hajdu Bihar Euroregion, a newly created structure within a diversified area in terms of ethnic-confessions, culture and not least of cross-border cooperation, a structure that aims at being an engine for cooperation at the level of the Euroregional structure that houses 2 NUTS elements: the counties of Bihor and Hajdu Bihar, as well as the two cities.     The Official Journal of Romania, Part I, No 301/10.04.2020 The Ministry of Internal Affairs Agreed Prime Minister Ludovic Orban Military Ordinance on measures to prevent the spread of COVID 19 Considering the provisions of Article 24 of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.1/1999 regarding the state of siege and the emergency regime, published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 22 of January 21, 1999, approved with amendments and additions by Law no. 453/2004, with subsequent amendments and additions, Taking into account the assessment made by the National Committee for Special Emergency Situations, approved by Decision no. 19 of 9 April 2020, Based on article 4, paragraph 2 and paragraph 4 of Decree no. 195/2020 on declaring the state of emergency at national level, published in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I, no. 212 of 16 March 2020, on points 1- 4 of Annex no 2 to the same decree and on art 20 (n) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 1/1999, with subsequent amendments and additions, The Minister of Internal Affairs has issued the following military ordinance: Art. 1. (1) The movement outside the home / household of the holders of the commercial fishing / on the Danube / inland waters / the Black Sea permits is allowed in order to carry out commercial fishing and aquaculture activities, as well as to exploit / trade the products which are a result of these activities. (2) The movement outside the home / household of the beekeepers to / from the apiary’s location or for the apiary's movement is allowed.

Deturope. 11(3), 205-228. Abstract The aim of this study is to examine the socio-economic development of all Romanian cities and towns with a Hungarian majority. Socio-economic indicators of these settlements with a strong ethnic Hungarian character were compared to similar other cities of Romania having an ethnic Romanian majority. This research examined the general socio-economic development of these settlements, as well as some components of this socio-economic development through seven complex indicators calculated from 25 indicators (per unit indicators). According to the results, cities and towns with a Hungarian majority are relatively heterogeneous. The major cities of Szeklerland have higher development level than most of the examined Romanian settlement. However, the small sized towns with a Hungarian majority along the western border of Romania have lower values than the similar settlements in their neighborhood with an ethnic Romanian majority or the small and medium sized Hungarian towns of Szeklerland.
