From Downtown (west of Smithfield or north of Liberty), you need to head out of town through Ft. Pitt Tunnel (I-376W), take Banksville Rd./19-S Exit, and then immediately after the underpass, take the left ramp to get on I-376E, immediately take Exit 69B for PA 51 South to the Liberty Tunnel & Bridge to get to the Bigelow Blvd “Slingshot.”
