General information for investment Tereblechensk united village territorial community is located in the south-eastern part of the Chernivtsi region and borders the state of Romania. First elections: December 18, 2016 United communities: 2 Community center – the village of Terebleche Square of united territorial community: 67,78 km 2 Starosta (community leader) districts: 1 Population – 6 165 people Terebleche village – 3 416 people; Horbivtsi village – 1 008 people; N. Synivtsi village – 1 104 people; V. Synivtsi village – 367 people. Distance: to regional center of Chernivtsi – 42 km; to district centre of Sokyriany – 16 km. Terebleche village territorial community Investment passport 1. Geographical and climate conditions The community is located on the highest terrace of the left bank of the Siret. In the north-eastern part there is a large beech forest, in the east-Glenn mountain, to the south is the Romanian city of Siret, and in the west, the river Siret. The localities of Terebelche are bordered by the state of Romania. A checkpoint across the state border of Ukraine "Porubne" - "Siret" is located near the village. The significance of this settlement is that through the village there passes the international route of the E85 linking Klaipeda-Alexandroupolis. The climate is moderately continental, mild, damp. Average temperature of January is - 4,9°С, of July – + 17,5°С. The +10°С period continues for 165 days. Precipitation level is at 650–750 mm per year, maximum humidity months are usually –June-July. Snow cover is unstable. The community is situated in a not enough humid, temperately warm agroclimatic zone. Education, healthcare, culture and leisure time activities On the territory of Terebleche united territorial community there are: - 2 pre-school educational institution, where 142 children are studying; - 4 general educational institutions, where 518 children are studying; - 3 healthcare institutions where 3 doctors and 15 of nursing staff are working; - 4 libraries with 3 people working; - 4 houses of culture with 7 people working; 4. Workforce The population of Tereblyche united territorial community is 6 165 people, among those 3 900 of working age. Transport infrastructure The administrative center of the community is the village of Terebleche, which is situated in 42 km from Chernivtsi (autoroad М 19) and 16 km from district center of Hlyboka (autoroad Т 2607). Structure of the economy On the territory of Terebleche united territorial community 19 legal entities and 37 individuals are carrying out their business activities and paying taxes. In the community there are trading companies and agricultural enterprises. Community’s achievements During the first year of the community's existence, a number of projects were implemented - for infrastructure subventions and for financing the local budget: - major repairs of the building of the Nyzhnosynovetski PEE (insulation of the building, replacement of the heating system, arrangement of the territory); - major repairs of the cases of the Tereplychensk outpatient clinic of general practice of family medicine (replacement of the water supply and drainage system, replacement of the power grid, insulation of the building, roof repair); - replacement of windows in the Nyzhnosynovetska school; - arrangement of a grave road from the vallage of Terebleche to the village of Horbivtsi, resulting in the availability of the vallafe ceased to depend on the weather (at the expense of the local budget); Terebleche village territorial community Investment passport - repair of the road in the village of Verkhni Synivtsi (at the expense of the local budget). To establish the blocking/freezing of non-cash means of payment, uncertificated securities and property in the Russian Federation and a ban on transferring funds (capital withdrawal) outside the Russian Federation as special economic measures applicable to individuals listed in Appendix 1 and legal entities listed in Appendix 2, as well as in regard to organisations controlled by these individuals and legal entities. 2. The federal executive authorities shall ensure the implementation of paragraph 1 of this Resolution within their autority. 3. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation shall ensure the balance of commodity markets and prevent the adverse impact of the special economic measures specified in paragraph 1 of this Resolution on the activities of Russian organisations. 4. To appoint the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation as the authority responsible for proposals made to the Government of the Russian Federation on: making changes to the lists given in Appendixes 1 and 2 to this Resolution; granting temporary permits to conduct certain operations in respect of certain legal entities to which special economic measures are applied; cancelling this Resolution in the event that the restrictive measures imposed by Ukraine on citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation are lifted.
