Complete the order form and pay for uniform to store staff. 11.00am U/16 Trials 3. Collect order from store. At this stage Polo tops will still be ordered through the current 11.30am U/18 Boys and Girls Registration channels. 12.00pm U/18 Trials Please note if you do not have you registration card when ordering uniforms then you will not be able to order the uniform. 12.30pm U/20-U/21 This is too ensure that everyone ends up with the correct playing Men and Women number.
