Fiona Thornhill is a powerhouse who perfectly combines elegance and strength in awe-dropping performances. She graduated as a Cyr Wheel specialist from The Na onal Centre for Circus Arts in 2015 with a 1st BA Hons, and having spent over a decade prior compe ng interna onally as an Elite Ar s c Gymnast it’s fair to say she’s an acroba c expert! Fiona co-founded the contemporary circus company Alula Cyr and produced their 2018 ‘HYENA’ UK tour. In the world first Cyr wheel trio she developed some of the finest synchronised Cyr wheel and duo wheel, and in 2016 they were awarded with a Guinness Wold Record for their trio spinning. Fiona’s performs her solo Cyr act in Café de Paris’ resident shows in London, The Box (UK & USA), and has most notably toured her solo act with Cirque Dreams in America and Strut n Fret in Australia.
