Description: A naturally vanilla flavored low fat, fiber rich cultured frozen yogurt base mix.

Ingredients: milk, cultured milk, sugar, maltodextrin, nonfat dry milk, soluble corn fiber (dietary fiber), natural flavors, organic locust bean gum, guar gum. Cultured with live and active cultures: Streptococcus thermophilus; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus; Lactobacillus acidophilus; Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis; Bifidobacterium lactis.

Allergens: Milk

Shelf life: one year from date of manufacture when stored at -10F or below.

Best by code: 1 year from date of manufacture

Storage: Store in a freezer (-10 degrees F or below) until needing to be thawed. Do not stack cases more than 3 cases high.

Thawing: Place whole case in a cooler (34-38 degrees F) for approximately 72 hours. mixmi frozen yogurt mix must be used within 10 days after thawing. mixmi frozen yogurt mix should not be refrozen once thawed - it will compromise quality of product.

Product Handling 1. mixmi frozen yogurt mix is to be delivered frozen and stored frozen until needing to be thawed. 2. The frozen best by date is one year from date of manufacture. 3. mixmi frozen yogurt mix must be thawed in a cooler (34-38 degrees F or less) before being used in a soft serve machine. 4. Once mixmi frozen yogurt mix is thawed: - it must be stored in a cooler (40 degrees F or less). - it has a shelf life of 10 days when stored at 40 degrees F or less.

Warning: The shelf life of mixmi frozen yogurt mix will decrease signi cantly if its temperature exceeds 40 degrees F.

6. mixmi frozen yogurt mix may take up to 72 hours to thaw in a cooler (40 degrees F). 7. If a quick thaw is required, mixmi frozen yogurt mix should be placed in a cold water bath and monitored until thawed. Any quick thawed mix is to be used the same day. 8. Thawing the mixmi frozen yogurt mix under hot water or sitting at room temperature is NOT recommended and is not approved by the local health department. 9. mixmi frozen yogurt mix should not be refrozen after being thawed. 10. Follow your equipment manufacturer’s guidelines for how to use mixmi frozen yogurt mix in your speci c soft serve machine.
