The frozen best by date is one year from date of manufacture. 3. mixmi frozen yogurt mix must be thawed in a cooler (34-38 degrees F or less) before being used in a soft serve machine. 4. Once mixmi frozen yogurt mix is thawed: - it must be stored in a cooler (40 degrees F or less). - it has a shelf life of 10 days when stored at 40 degrees F or less. Warning: The shelf life of mixmi frozen yogurt mix will decrease signicantly if its temperature exceeds 40 degrees F. 6. mixmi frozen yogurt mix may take up to 72 hours to thaw in a cooler (40 degrees F). 7. If a quick thaw is required, mixmi frozen yogurt mix should be placed in a cold water bath and monitored until thawed. Any quick thawed mix is to be used the same day. 8.
