FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Ratt with Special Guest Dokken Headline the Miller Lite Main Stage at 2014 Fair

WAUKESHA, WI (January 28, 2014) --- Two popular rock bands from the ‘80s, Ratt and Dokken, will light up the Main Stage at the 172nd Waukesha County Fair at 7:30 pm on Saturday, July 19.

Ratt's signature sunset strip sound made the Los Angeles-based band one of the most popular rock acts of the mid-'80s. Ratt helped pioneer Hollywood's legendary hard rock sound and are proven true rock legends, headlining massive arena tours and selling more than 15 million albums in the U.S. alone.

Dokken is a multi-platinum heavy metal and hard rock band formed in 1978. They have since released numerous charting singles, received a Grammy nomination in 1989 and sold more than 10 million albums worldwide. Dokken is currently touring with founder Don Dokken and original member Mick Brown.

Main Stage acts are free with paid admission to the Fair. Special up-front seating is also available with VIP and Elite tickets which will go on sale April 1 while supplies last.

July 16-20, 2014 marks the 172nd anniversary of the Waukesha County Fair, the oldest Fair in the state of Wisconsin. The Waukesha County Fair Association is a non-profit volunteer organization that is completely separate and receives no funding from Waukesha County or the City of Waukesha.
