JAFUJI Magnetic V Block Rubber Hardness Testing Stand Model No. 1320 These are most useful for inspection in tool room and standard room. It has total 3 magnetic surface i.e., the top and bottom each with 90 degree V angle and the end surface is opposite to the switch. All the 3 magnetic surface are accurately ground and care has been taken as such this can be used in dry as well as wet machining operations. From quality aspect the accuracy for flatness, parallelism and squareness is within 5 microns. All Jafuji Magnetic V blocks are supplied along with calibration certificate of NABL accredited lab. The permanent magnet is housed in such a way that all three magnetic surface are activated simultaneously during 'ON' position of the knob. HEAVY DUTY HIGH PRECISION BENCH CENTRE Bench Centre bed and heads are made from closed grained iron castings, seasoned stress relieved and finished on the working face and reference side edge of the table by hand scarping to meet with the required accuracy as per ISI standards. The centre stock spindle bearings are smooth lapped to ensure accuracy of the spindle height and relationship to reference side edge. The centres are of hardened high carbon steel accurately ground on the diameter and conical point. One centre is spring loaded to accommodate small variations in components length. Angle slot at 45 degrees angle on the surface table and tee bolt through hole at the base of the centre stocks ensure firm engagement with the reference side edge of the table. Each centre stock can be locked in any position along the tee slot by means of knurled hand knobs. These V-Blocks are very useful for inspection in tool room and standard Bench Centres room. The V-Blocks have U-Clamps, by means of which the work piece can be held tightly in the V of the block. The accuracy of parallelism of the 'V' with respect to bottom, its squareness to the two end faces, and the maximum permissible variation in height between two V-Blocks in a pair, is within ± 3 microns. Mini Bench Centre 2010 Material, Texture, Hardness JAFUJI GRANITE SURFACE PLATES a crystalline rock, has a fine grained, non-porous texture. It is crystalline throughout and the composition is hard and compact. The average grain size measures less than 1 mm whereas the average grain size of the common grey or pink granite varies from 2 to 3 mm. The crystal grains of ordinary granite vary in size and the spaces between the individual grains are soft and porous. Granite is a very homogenous material (density of texture 20% higher than that of ordinary grade) and has a constant hardness throughout (6-6.5 the moh's scale). Granite does not have the aforementioned soft in-between spaces and has therefore is much higher wear resistance and higher degree of flatness accuracy.

Material Strength JAFUJI GRANITE SURFACE PLATES has a material strength, which is three times greater than that of ordinary granite and it is rigid. To obtain the same rigidity, a surface plate made of ordinary granite would require a 44% greater thickness. These mentioned qualities make granite an ideal material for surface plates providing increased wear resistance and a much longer life span.

Insensitive to Temperature changes JAFUJI GRANITE SURFACE PLATES has a very low expansion coefficient (3-5 x 106 meter/degree/meter), which makes it least responsive to temperature changes. Changing temperatures in shops, inspection rooms etc., which are virtually unavoidable since warm air rises and cold air remains below, affects ordinary granite plates much more than our surface plates and they are therefore subject to warping which in turn jeopardizes flatness.

Quick height positioning of the indicator as well as adjustment in a horizontal plane is accomplished by a bracket holding the 22 mm horizontal dial indicator rod. Individual knurled thumb knobs clamps on the base point in any position. The horizontal dial indicator clamping rod provides lengthwise adjustment and each movement is having its own clamping knob.
