Vaccinations Evening surgeries Are by appointment only. Appointments to see the Doctor/ANP of your choice can be made by telephone, on-line or at the reception desk. Please see our section regarding on-line access.

Urgent cases will usually be seen the same day although it may not be with your usual doctor. If you need to be seen urgently please be prepared to explain your problem to the receptionist so that the doctor can prioritise ur- gent cases.

Most appointments are 10 minutes long. If you feel your problem requires a longer time please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows your appointment to be given to another patient and so helps to improve our service to you.

If you arrive late for your appointment you may be asked to re-book or wait until the end of the surgery to be seen.

If we have a record of your mobile telephone number, you will receive a text appointment reminder 24 hours before your appointment time. You can cancel your appointment by responding to the text reminder.
