This year the Central State University Foundation has committed to raising $250,000 for the “Dream Keepers” Scholarship campaign to fnancially assist an ever-increasing number of students. In a recent September Dayton Daily News article, it was noted Central State University simply had too many students who cannot aford the cost of a college education and were amassing signifcant debt or dropping out of school. The article was correct! The University works hard to keep its tuition the lowest in the state of Ohio. Yet ninety- three percent (93%) of our students require private funding to “bridge the gap” between fnancial aid and school expenses. Too many students have the dream but lack the resources to make their dream a reality. The Dream Keepers Scholarship Program enables students to maintain the “dream” of earning a Central State University education. With your fnancial assistance students are graduating. Please send your Dream Keeper gift to: Central State University Foundation PO Box 64, Dayton, Ohio 45401-0064
