Important information about the use of your data 1. Personal information which you supply to Endemol Shine UK (part of Endemol UK Ltd) in this application form and as part of the application process will be used by Endemol Shine UK to assess your suitability for employment with Endemol Shine UK and if your application is successful, to administer your personnel record and to publicise the Creative Intern Scheme at Endemol Shine UK. Personal information supplied by you in the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form will used as set out in that form.

2. Endemol Shine UK may retain this application form in order to consider your suitability for other similar roles at Endemol Shine UK in addition to the Creative Intern role.

3. If you provide Endemol Shine UK with any sensitive information about yourself (e.g. relating to your health, ethnic origin or criminal convictions), you consent to Endemol Shine UK using this information for the purposes stated above.

4. Endemol Shine UK will ensure that any information provided by you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 5. All information will be kept secure and treated as confidential and will only be disclosed with your permission (including any permissions you give here or in the rest of the application process). In submitting this application form you are consenting to Endemol Shine UK using your personal information as set out in this section.

6. You have the right of access to the information held and used by us. If at any point you want to update your information details please email us with the revised information at [email protected] stating that you applied for the Creative Intern Scheme 2017 and we will amend our records. Terms and Conditions You hereby agree the following terms and conditions in consideration of Endemol Shine UK agreeing to consider your application and £1 (receipt of which you hereby acknowledge and which you acknowledge to be good valuable and equitable consideration).

1. The selection of the successful candidates is at Endemol Shine UK’s discretion and you agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions.

2. You agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of considering your application in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data protection legislation.

3. You hereby agree that the copyright (if any) and all other rights title and interest (including rental and lending rights) in respect of the programme ideas that you include in your application form (“the Ideas”) shall vest in and is hereby irrevocably assigned to Endemol Shine UK (and this assignment shall operate to the extent necessary as a present assignment of future copyright) and that Endemol Shine UK shall have the unfettered right to exploit the Ideas or any part of the Ideas in any way that it thinks fit including without limitation by means of developing, producing and exploiting television programmes based on or incorporating the Ideas and any allied and ancillary rights by all means and in any media (whether now known or hereafter invented) throughout the universe for the full period of copyright and any renewals, revivals or extensions thereof and thereafter so far as possible in perpetuity. You agree that you will not make any claim against Endemol Shine UK or its assignees or licensees for any further re-numeration in respect of the exploitation of such rights.

4. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any so-called "moral rights of authors" in the Ideas and such rights under section 77 and section 80 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 as you now have or hereafter acquire in relation to the Ideas. You hereby give all necessary consents as may be required pursuant to the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as the same may be amended) including but not limited to any performers consents to enable Endemol Shine UK to make the fullest use of the Ideas.

5. If there is an error or omission in the application form or if it is interrupted or not in fully operating condition at any point and as a result you are not able to access the application form Endemol Shine UK will have no liability to you in respect thereof.

6. You are responsible for all costs associated with your accessing of the application form including but not limited to: mobile network usage costs, data usage costs and costs associated with your internet provider. Endemol Shine UK accepts no responsibility for any charges you may incur. Endemol Shine UK recommend that for your ease in completing the application form and to reduce any mobile network charges you might incur you use an available wireless network.

7. You hereby warrant and undertake to Endemol Shine UK that: a.) You have answered all of the questions in the application form honestly and accurately and you have not misled or attempted to mislead Endemol Shine UK in any way as to your identity or experiences or career history or in any other way. If any of the information you have given in the application form or your CV is found to be false Endemol Shine UK will be entitled to exclude you from any recruitment process. b.) You are aged 18 or over c.) The Ideas are original to you and will not infringe the copyright or any other right (statutory or otherwise) of any third party and may be validly copyrighted or otherwise registered or protected in all countries which provide for copyright or similar protection and d.) The Ideas shall not contain any libelous or defamatory statement or matter infringing the rights of any person which if include in your application form could confer upon any person firm or company a right to action or claim for damages against Endemol Shine UK
