FAIRWAY, Ponca City, Oklahoma Master Plan for a 600 acre resort on Kaw Lake. Facilities included: 600 condominiums, 300 condo/convention hotel, 23 tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, 4,200 L F runway, 300 slip marina, skeet and trap range, sewer and water facilities. Estimated site work cost, $28,000,000 estimated total construction cost, $200,000,000. Master planning 1977 to 1980. NEW HAVEN GREEN, New Haven, Connecticut A Master Plan for the renovation and restoration of a 16-acre open space set aside as a "Market Place" in the center of New Haven in 1638. BOTANICA PHASE II, Wichita, Kansas Master Plan studies for a 20 acre addition to Botanica. The addition featured a new entry sign, pedestrian briage linking the existing garden to the expansion garden, woodland gardens, native prairie, prairie species gardens, small stream, and a new conservatory - 1993 Design Studio

TOPEKA RIVER GARDENS, Topeka, Kansas Master Plan studies for a 20 acre botanic garden and 20 acres of mixed development adjacent to the Kansas River. BARRINGTON COLLEGE, Barrington, Rhode Island Site work for a gymnasium and physical education building for a small college (while associated with SDDA). 1966 MARINAS AND WATERFRONTS: ANNAPOLIS HARBOR, Annapolis, Maryland Siting of a yacht club, design of bulkheads, dock, 300' trellis and dinghy landing (LDR). 1984

SPECTACLE ISLAND, Boston Harbor Master Plan of the 96-acre island and a marina consisting of 138 seasonal 40-foot slips, 36 transient 40-foot slips, 25 slips for 75-foot boats, 100 moorings and a transportation center to accommodate four 100-foot ferries with 4,000 daily passenger boardings. The development includes a 30-foot high seawall and floating docks to accommodate tidal changes and draft requirements. The mooring and beach area were protected with breakwaters. (Competition Entry 1983)

FAIRWAY RESORT, Kaw Lake, Oklahoma Design of a 320-slip marina consisting of 220 covered slips, 100 open slips, docking facilities for a 150-foot steamboat, launching ramp. Service ramp for a travel crane hoist, service dock.
