    Võru Instituudi 2019. aasta tegevusaruanne Kinnitatud 31.03.2020 teadusnõukogule koosolekul Võru Instituudi 2019. aasta TEGEVUSARUANNE Instituudi struktuur 2019. aastal Võru Instituudi struktuuris on administratsioon ning kaks osakonda: • teadus- ja arendusosakond asukohaga Võrus Tartu tn 48 ning • muuseumiosakond, mis tegutseb neljas paigas: Karilatsi Vabaõhumuuseum (kuni 1.07.2019 nimega Põlva Talurahvamuuseum, muutus jõustus direktori käskkirjaga nr 12) Karilatsi küla Põlva kihelkonnas, Dr. Fr. R. Kreutzwaldi Memoriaalmuuseum Võru linnas Kreutzwaldi 31, Mõniste Talurahvamuuseum Kuutsi külas ja Vana-Võromaa Kultuurikoda Võru linnas Katariina allee 11. Eelarve Võru Instituudi riigieelarveline finantseerimine 2019. aastal oli kokku 1 062 229 eurot, mille hulgas olid: • personalikulud 635 093 eurot + 3863 eurot 2018.a jääki; • majandamiskulud (sh museaalide soetuseks ja hoolduseks) 95 960 eurot + 357 eurot 2018.a jääki; • remondifondi toetus muuseumide remonttöödeks 12 455 eurot; • sihtotstarbeline eraldus üürimakseteks RKAS-le (Tartu 48, Katariina 11) 136 042 eurot ; • investeeringud Kreutzwaldi muuseumi kahe hoone ja Mõniste muuseumi ühe hoone renoveerimiseks 168 000 eurot; • põhivara amortisatsioon 10 459 eurot. Omatulu nii teadus- ja arendusosakonna kui muuseumiosakonna peale kokku oli 2019. aastaks kavandatud teenida 50 000 eurot, kuid teeniti 63 674 eurot. 2018. a omatulude jäägina kanti 2019. a eelarvesse üle 17 655 eurot. Erinevate sihtotstarbeliste toetustena oli kavandatud 75 000 eurot, kuid vastavalt taotlustele eraldati kokku 90 284 eurot. Eelmise aasta toetuste jääk 2019.a tegevusteks oli 11 060 eurot. Võru Instituudi 2019.a kogueelarve koos riigieelarvelise finantseerimise, eelmisest aastast ülekantud jääkidega, kavandatavate omatulude ja sihtotstarbeliste toetustega ning põhivara amortisatsiooniga oli kavandatud kokku 1 215 944 eurot, kuid tegelikkuses kujunes mõnevõrra suuremaks 1 244 901 eurot.
