Here you will find a wide assortment of delicious meal packages with complimentary flavors, fresh ingredients, global spices and high-quality selections of protein. These packages are helpful ideas and client favorites but are by no means requirements.

We have a variety of cuisine styles to choose from. Our meals are made from scratch and all of our options can be fully customized to fit your dietary needs and you can make substitutions. We are also happy to accommodate special requests and our creative chefs can curate a custom menu for your event!

Baked Chicken Tetrazzini Diced grilled chicken, mushrooms, peas baked in parmesan thyme sauce baked with egg noodles and topped with a parmesan panko crust. Served with steamed vegetables.

Classic Beef Stroganoff Top Sirloin, button mushrooms, egg noodles cooked in a sour cream sauce and garnished with parmesan cheese.

Mango Tilapia Mango butter sauce served over Red Cargo and with snap peas and carrots.

Trio Grain Quinoa Multi grain quinoa with mushrooms, toasted pecans and fresh baby kale or spinach and prince Edward vegetables (green beans, yellow beans and carrots)

Braised Beef Tender roasted beef in an Asian style jus. Garlic parsley mashed potatoes and a blend of sautéed carrots, pearl onions and parsnips.

Chicken Parmesan Lightly bread chicken cutlet served with tomato basil sauce and grated parmesan. Served with linguine pasta and steamed veggies.

Garlic Thyme Roasted Pork Loin With Cherry Merlot Rosemary sauce. Ginger and brown sugar mashed sweet potatoes and green beans almandine.

Wild Rice Dusted Walleye Lemon chive sauce or Mediterranean beurre blanc. Served Rice trio wild, yellow and white basmati and green bean almandine.

Roasted Butternut Squash risotto served with asparagus.

Thai Shrimp ($25) Soba noodles, sweet bell peppers, tomatoes, Thai basil, water chestnuts, baby corn tossed in a coconut saffron sauce.

Pork Tenderloin ($21) Pork tenderloin medallion in shiraz demi sauce. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and green bean and sweet bell pepper medley.

Prime Rib ($23) With a Au jus and horseradish sour cream sauce. Served with a baked potato and rosemary honey poached carrots.

Beef Tenderloin ($25) Beef tenderloin cut and served with Au jus (tenderloin cooked medium-rare). Served with garlic parsley mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Vegetarian Lasagna ($21) Layers of noodles, wild mushrooms, baby spinach and zucchini in a béchamel sauce. Parmesan served with steamed green beans.

TACO BAR $10-16 PER GUEST Ground beef, Barbacoa (pulled pork) or chicken tinga (shredded chicken in a red sauce) served with corn or flour tortillas. Toppings include shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions and shredded cheese. Choice of two sides: mini corn on the cobs, Mexican rice, Santa Fe rice, Mexican style beans or refried beans
