These a�acks against civilian persons and objects are a viola�on of IHL (Interna�onal Humanitarian Law) and may cons�tute a war crime. In Sana’a hub, authori�es agreed to allow a discreet cash for rent scheme for 278 families from Al Hudaydah who have recently been hosted in 9 schools in Amanat Al Asimah. SNC (Sub-Na�onal Cluster) organized a mee�ng with the Partners working in the Transit and IDP hos�ng sites (schools) to discuss sequences for the implementa�on of the agreed scheme to ensure capturing the needs of sites residents through mul�-sectoral needs assessment, payment of cash for rent, restora�on of schools and iden�fica- �on of new site for con�nued registra�on of new IDPs from Al Hudaydah. ADRA reported that there are 36 IDP families who are residing in Mahw Al Omiah school and Al Hamzah school in Dhamar governorate In Aden hub, the security situa�on in Aden governorate worsened further this week with two IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) explosions in Enma’a city and Al Mualla district also the city experienced security unrest including blocked roads due to public protest and security deployments that spread in various loca�ons. Respone Displacement Response In AlHudyadah hub, , NFIs (Non-Food Items) distribu�ons completed by UNHCR through JAAHD (Jeel Albena Associa�on for Humanitarian Development) for 578 25,396 families in Al Munirah district and 1,050 families in Al Garrahi district also EESKs Sana'a Hub (Enhanced Emergency Shelter Kit) distribu�ons completed for 68 families in Al 749 Munirah district, 200 families in Al Garrahi district and par�al kits for 889 families in Az Zuhrah district. The kits ensured that the families have access to basic, safe and 22,964 dignified sheltering, offering integrated protec�on for safety from the elements Al Hudaydah Hub 13,129 and the surrounding environment as well as the essen�al household items. In Sana’a hub, UNHCR through ADRA assisted a total of 447 families with NFIs in 4,713 Amanat Al Asimah and provided 9 schools that are hos�ng IDPs with gas cylinder Ibb Hub 1,140 for cooking also NFIs were provided to 36 families in two schools that are hos�ng IDPs in Dhamar governorate and through YRCS (Yemen Red Crescent Society) 48 families were assisted in Amran. The household items distributed addressed the 3,068 Aden Hub cri�cal needs of the most vulnerable families and reinforced their coping strategies. 1,695 In Aden hub, UNHCR through SHS completed the distribu�on of blankets, water buckets, sleeping mats, kitchen sets and mosqui- to nets to 1,339 IDP families in Shabwah governorate and 1,213 families in Hadramaut governorate also through HYAC (Al Heikmah Al Yemaniah Associa�on Charity) the distribu�ons con�nued in Hays district (AlHudaydah) to cover 369 families. The families targeted were in urgent need for the essen�al household items to survive as they have displaced without any personal belongings.
