The sale & service of alcoholic beverages is governed by the state of South Carolina. As a licensee, we are responsible for the administration of all beverage regulations. It is therefore, a policy that all liquor & wine must be supplied & dispensed by the plantation and not served to anyone under the age of 21 years. Clubhouse Closure Fee $2,000 Pricing Includes-Bar & Service Staff A gorgeous private venue for your reception with endless options Professional Wexford Plantation Wedding Coordination to assist with all on-site details to ensure the perfect day Wexford’s Premier Event Package – to include fine bone china, silverware, glassware, reception tables, white or ivory linen tablecloths and white, ivory or black napkins, banquet tables, chivari chairs, votive candles, dance floor space, custom designed menu cards to match your theme, table numbers, preferred vendor list, wedding checklist, menu tasting and exclusive use of the entire venue. World class service and culinary excellence Collaboration with vendors for flowers, wedding cakes|cupcakes, photography, videography, transportation, and all the other pieces of the wedding puzzle.

Securing the Venue Our Event Manager can hold a tentative date for up to two weeks. To secure your venue a deposit of $1,500 is due. Additional deposits will be due in increments prior to your wedding. Payment can be made by certified check, money order, credit card or charged to your member folio. There is a food & beverage minimum of $10,000 for clubhouse closures, this does not include tax, service charge & setup fees. There is a 22% service charge & 9% sales tax applied to all food and beverage items as well as a 5% excise tax on all liquor.

Golf Outings Golf can be arranged through our event coordinator. Tee times are available based on course availability on the Friday of the wedding week for the host group. All golf needs to be setup at least three weeks prior with the event coordinator. The rate per player is $75. The groom’s round is complementary. Proper attire is required on the golf courses & practice ranges. Before and After the Big Day
