The proposed changes will come into operation at the beginning of the acad jc year commencing in October 1967 and will apply compulsorily to altstudents who join anInn of Court after Ist September, 1967, 3. These changes have substantially met the objections of the Nigerian Council of Legal Education which jed the Nigerian Council to refuse to recognise the passing of the English Bar Final Examination alone as sufficient qualification for admission to the Nigerian Law School (GovernmentNotice No.1056). _ 4.
