Welcome to the biggest non-commercial technological ICT Convention – MIPRO 2015 The organizers of the 38th International ICT Convention MIPRO are expecting you, our dear partici- pants and guests at another traditional gathering of all of those who are interested in the use of ICT technologies and all related high technologies in the fields of economy, education, science and administration. During the whole week from 25th until 29th of May 2015, the 38th convention MIPRO offers you a number of interesting events. More than 370 papers from 42 countries will be presented at 10 conferences. You will get more than a good overview of a development of ICT and high technology uses in the world and South-eastern Europe. This year’s convention MIPRO is fulfilled with professional and social events such as round tables, seminars of lifelong learning, workshop, exhibition of ICT products, technologies and services, pre- sentations, European events, presentations of European projects and activities as well as meetings of project teams. Kontakt osoba: Dina Šimunić, [email protected] (Fakultet elektrotehnike i računarstva) Uvodničari: FER, ISKON, HT, MPPI, HAKOM, MUP, DUZS Tema i cilj: Pokrivanje veće površine bežičnim komunikacijskim signalom odvija se putem dvije odvojene tehnološke obitelji: komercijalnim celularnim mrežama i odvojenim sustavima javne sigurnosti. U svijetu se radi na spajanju dviju zajednica uporabom zajedničke tehnologije (3GPP norme, LTE). Komercijalne celularne mreže su razvijane temeljem potreba korisnika, što je polučilo izvrstan uspjeh gospodarskog rasta. Također, treba napomenuti veliku kreativnost tog sektora, koja se iskazuje brojem inovacija u porastu. Mreže javne sigurnosti osiguravaju komunikacije za službe policije, vatrogasaca i hitne pomoći. Stoga je najvažniji zahtjev za razvoj ovih sustava robustnost i mogućnost specifične vrste komu- nikacije, koja se također primjenjuje i u komunikacijskim sustavima zračnih luka. Kako obje zajednice imaju svoje specifičnosti, bilo bi poželjno spojiti ih zajedničkom tehnologi- jom, od koje bi obje zajednice imale koristi: komercijalna zajednica bi dobila mogućnost oboga- ćivanja postojećih sustava s interesantnim aplikacijama, a zajednica javne sigurnosti bi dobila pristup gospodarskim i tehničkim mogućnostima, koje su stvorene od strane komercijalnih ce- lularnih mreža. Okrugli stol će razmatrati prednosti i nedostatke mogućnosti ove primjene u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Projektom se demonstriraju uštede u potrošenoj energiji postignute upravljanjem grijanja/hla- đenja zgrade na razini njenih zona pri čemu ono koristi (i) toplinski model zgrade kojeg se nepre- stano prati i identificira tijekom rada, (ii) estimaciju i predikciju toplinskih poremećaja u zoni i (iii) prognozu vremenskih prilika na lokaciji zgrade, posebice sunčeve dozračenosti. Cilj panel rasprave jest predstaviti razvijenu platformu potencijalnim korisnicima iz gospodar- stva te raspraviti mogućnosti koje se otvaraju.

Zainteresirani za sudjelovanje koji neće biti registrirani na skupu MIPRO trebaju se prije do- laska registrirati na prijemnom uredu u Grand Hotelu Adriatic. Ovom Strategijom Vlada RH utvrđuje da je razvoj infrastrukture i usluga širokopojasnog pristu- pa internetu u Republici Hrvatskoj, brzinama većim od 30 Mbit/s, jedan od ključnih preduvjeta razvoja suvremenog gospodarstva. Temeljni ciljevi koje Vlada Republike Hrvatske ističe u ovoj Strategiji do 2020. godine su: • pokrivenost pristupnim mrežama sljedeće generacije (NGA), koje omogućuju pristup inter- netu brzinama većim od 30 Mbit/s za 100% stanovnika Republike Hrvatske; • omogućiti da najmanje 50% kućanstava Republike Hrvatske budu korisnici usluge pristupa internetu brzinom od 100 Mbit/s ili većom.

Sektori energetike i transporta ključni su za suočavanje s velikim društvenim izazovima ograniče- nih resursa energije i povećanih pritisaka na okoliš. Projektom se provodi industrijsko istraživa- nje u četiri ključna elementa informacijske strukture naprednih sustava u energetici i transportu – senzorici, aktorici, upravljanju i strojnoj percepciji – kojim se inoviraju postojeći proizvodi hr- vatskog gospodarstva u navedenim ciljanim sektorima te se stvaraju pretpostavke za inovativno ispreplitanje tih elemenata u novim proizvodima izgradnjom odgovarajućih istraživačkih, razvoj- nih i inovacijskih kapaciteta u suradnji akademske zajednice i gospodarstva. Glavni je cilj projekta stvaranje novih znanja i tehnologija koji će imati komercijalnu primjenu u elektroenergetskim postrojenjima i tračničkim vozilima. Konkretno, razvijaju se sljedeće napred- ne tehnologije: (i) senzorski sustavi za motrenje elektroenergetskih postrojenja, (ii) višerazinski pretvarači i sustavi za pohranu električne energije, (iii) sustavi upravljanja mikromrežama i (iv) sustav pomoći vozaču tramvaja. Cilj je diseminacijske radionice predstaviti istraživanja na projektu potencijalnim korisnicima iz gospodarstva te raspraviti mogućnosti primjene koje se otvaraju.

Međutim, nema zapravo jasnih vodilja što to zapravo u praksi znači i čiji je to posao. Svrha je novoga Zakona, kojim će se preuzeti ova Direktiva, olakšavanje i poticanje postavljanja elektro- ničkih komunikacijskih mreža velikih brzina, na način kojim se promiče zajedničko korištenje postojeće fizičke infrastrukture i omogućuje djelotvornije postavljanje nove infrastrukture, kako bi trošak postavljanja takvih mreža bio što manji. Smanjenje troškova mreža velikih brzina uvelike doprinosi i ostvarivanju digitalizacije javnog sektora, šireći učinak digitalne financijske poluge na sve sektore gospodarstva, uz smanjenje troškova za javnu upravu i pružanje djelotvornijih usluga građanima. Budući da sinergija među sektorima može znatno smanjiti potrebu za građevinskim radovima u svrhu postavljanja elektro- ničkih komunikacijskih mreža, novi će se Zakon primjenjivati ne samo na pružatelje usluga javnih komunikacijskih mreža, već i na rasprostranjenu fizičku infrastrukturu pogodnu za postavljanje elektroničkih komunikacijskih mreža, kao što su mreže za opskrbu električnom energijom, pli- nom i vodom te kanalizacijski sustavi i sustavi odvodnje, i sl. Ostvarivanje ciljeva Digitalne agende za Europu zahtijeva da uvođenje komunikacijske infra- strukture bude čim bliže lokaciji krajnjeg korisnika usluga, uz istodobno potpuno poštovanje na- čela razmjernosti u pogledu ograničenja prava vlasništva radi ostvarenje općeg interesa. Stoga je cilj ovoga Zakona olakšati postavljanje mreža velikih brzina do samih krajnjih korisnika usluga te istodobno osigurati tehnološku neutralnost, osobito uz pomoć fizičke infrastrukture unutar zgrada pripremljenih za mreže velikih brzina.

Bit će riječi o standardizaciji, te trenutnom statusu u EIRENE (European Integrated Radio Enhanced Network) i MORANE (MObile radio for RAilway Networks in Europe) specifikacijama kao i novostima koje donose nove verzije spomenutih spe- cifikacija te o datumu izlaska istih. Osvrt na promjene u regiji, napredak u pojedinim zemljama, te osvrt na očekivane projekte u nadolazećim godinama neke su od tema koje će biti obrađene u sklopu radionice. U okviru ove radionice predstavit će se iskustva u uvođenju i korištenju GSM-R sustava od strane kolega iz Europskih željeznica, kao i brojne prednosti koje implementacija GSM-R sustava donosi. Svakako će biti posebna pažnja dana trenutnom statusu projekta u Hrvatskim željeznicama, budu- ći da je RH nova članica EU, a samim tim i obveznik unaprjeđenja mreže željezničke infrastrukture. Radionica je namijenjena predstavnicima željeznica i ministarstava.

Sigurnost je izuzetno široko područje i u tom smislu zahtjeva puno resursa kako bi se na zadovoljavajući način pokrivalo. Rijetke su institucije, konkretno u Republici Hrvatskoj, koje to mogu samostalno učiniti na zadovoljavajući način. Dodatni problem predstavlja činjenica kako u ovom trenutku nema promišljenog i ciljanog ra- zvoja kibernetičke i informacijske sigurnosti u Hrvatskoj. Na tome se radi u sklopu Ministarstva gospodarstva, no, potrebni su i dodatni napori svih dionika. U tom smislu cilj je okupiti dionike iz područja sigurnosti kako bi se međusobno upoznali, kako bi se razgovaralo o mogućnostima razmjene informacija te zajedničkim nastupima prema EU fondovima. It is organized under the auspices of Croatian Independent Software Exporters - an organization that gathers more than 150 Croatian software companies oriented to innovation and building products and services for the world market. During the session, several R&D teams will present their projects and talk about challenges and results they had through various development phases. A panel discussion with our presenters and other distinguished guests will aim to bring some answers to questions of integrating academic research with commercial product development, finding product market fit and financing. A third part of MIPRO INOVA section is organized in partnership with Croatian IEEE Young Professionals Affinity Group. They will present IEEE Elevate project that was initiated with a goal to help building links between academic and industry professionals. Osposobljenost radnika kompanija koje su zahvaćene reformama za rad u novim okolnostima u velikoj mjeri ovisi o dosadašnjem trajanju i uspjehu same reforme odgovarajućeg sektora, obavljenoj ili neobavljenoj privatizaciji, većoj ili manjoj

Činjenica je, međutim, da u poduzećima u kojima su ti procesi u pravnom i/ili stvarnom smislu manje odmakli postoji značajna količina visokoo- brazovanog kadra, koji nije u dostatnoj mjeri upoznat s promjenama u okruženju poduzeća koje dolaze s reformama. Ovogodišnji seminar će biti fokusiran na tri glavna tematska područja: • Energetska unija i srednjoročni i dugoročni pogled na razvoj energetskog sektora Europske unije, te utjecaj tih nadnacionalnih procesa na razvoj elektroenergetskog sektora Hrvatske (Damjan Međimorec, potpredsjednik ENTSO-E-a i predstojnik Ureda Uprave Hrvatskog operatora prijenosnog sustava d.o.o.); • Uravnoteženje elektroenergetskog sustava s naglaskom na probleme u organizaciji funkcionalnog tržišta električne energije u Hrvatskoj koji su povezani s nepostojanjem tržišta ili odgovarajućih zamjenskih mehanizama za uravnoteženje (Tomislav Plavšić, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Hrvatske burze električne energije d.o.o. i pomoćnik direktora Sektora za vođenje elektroenergetskog sustava i tržište Hrvatskog operatora prijenosnog sustava d.o.o.); • Dugoročno planiranje elektroenergetskog sustava i rizici za njegov dugoročni (samo) održivi razvoj u uvjetima liberaliziranog tržišta i istovremene značajne i ubrzane integracije obnovljivih izvora, s posebnim naglaskom na aspekte sigurnosti opskrbe (Goran Slipac, pomoćnik direktora poduzeća HEP-Obnovljivi izvori energije d.o.o.).
