The original was unearthed in a bog in Denmark in 1000BC. Appearing in many countries over the centuries and still a versatile garment. Meg has developed this technique to achieve diamond and teardrop shapes. Projects include quilts, table runners, bags, cushions and wall quilts. The projects are all pieced by machine with some easy hand sewing to insert the “windows” Quilt-as-you-go projects - Including log cabin, square in a square and a block that is half a favourite fabric with the rest of the block covered in strips of complementary fabrics. The joining of the blocks is quite simple.
