Musicians Against Racism 25 Every year, in writing the SRtRC Annual Review, Stand Up Against Racism 25 I’m afforded the opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come over the last 17 years. With a tinge Honorary Patrons 25 of pride (that’s me at my modest best), despite my knowing, I am always amazed. We now Hall of Fame 25 have 22 ex-professional players working for Contact Details 26 the campaign and a veritable who’s-who of the game’s most respected for their commitment to professionalism and community over the years. Pausing for reflection is always followed by a recognition of what may lay ahead. I have always felt that football is only a reflection of community. For the beauty and splendour of Manchester City’s first title in 44 years, Chelsea’s unlikely Champions League triumph and Spain’s writing of history, incidents involving Luis Suarez, a minority of the fans at Euro 2012 and the John Terry/ court case remind us that this game is a long way from won. But with the team sheet we proudly put out, it will not be lost. Shaka Hislop Winning entries from the 2012 School Competition Honorary President,
