Please keep your presentation time punctually. Preview Corner - A monitor for PC and a slide projector are available at preview corner in front of the Room A for preview- ing. - Previews should be completed at least one hour before your scheduled presentation time. - Mode of output of the PC should be selected for video display (RGB) and AC adaptor is required instead of battery with turning off the sleep mode. - Slides should be set in the provided slide tray and checked for the order by yourself. - If you have any questions, the secretariat in the preview corner will be available to provide assistance. Presentation - Following the previewing, please take your PC or slides to your presentation room. This should be done at least one hour in advance of your scheduled presentation time. - PC should be taken to the PC projector operator’s seat located next to the presentation podium at the front of the room. Then, the operator will connect your PC to the projector properly. - Slides should be taken to the slide viewer operator’s seat at the back of the room. - Please pick up your PC/slides immediately after your presentation at the same location where you handed them in prior to the session. Notice for PC Presentations: - Only the PowerPoint (Windows/Mac) presentation should be performed in single projection. Applications other than PowerPoint cannot be accepted. It is also not guaranteed that presentations including animations or movies will be viewed properly without any troubles. Also, the PC projector does not support the audio Scientific Program Information 9 SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM INFORMATION output. Please do not make your presentations with any audio contents. - Please be sure to bring the AC adaptor for your PC to the presentation room. The power supply provided is AC100 V. - Presentation rooms will provide you a date projector and interface cable (standard Mini D-sub 15 pin) only. Please carry your own PC for presentation by yourself. CD-R and Floppy Disk data submissions will not be accepted. Depending on your PC (B5 size, etc.), an adaptor may be required to connect the cable. Speakers should provide their own adaptors as necessary. - Please note the organizers will not take responsibility for any troubles relating to the speakers’ equipment. - Please prepare a backup copy of your presentation data on CD-R in the event of an unexpected problem with your PC. The Secretariat will prepare a PC (Windows or Mac) for emergency use only. The OS avail- able will be Japanese versions of Windows XP or Mac OS X. Please be aware, back up files created on a Korean or English language version of OS will not work well on the emergency PC. POSTER SESSION Set up/Removal times Posters should be set up and removed strictly according to the times listed below. Set up: April 24 (Sat.) 8:00 – 9:00 All presenters in the poster session entering for the Best Poster Award selection must be put up their poster before 9:00. This awards will be presented by the President Hirasawa in Banquet time. The nominated studies will be marked on the title of posters at 12:00. Unfortunately, the winners will not attend to Banquet, this award will go to the other presenters. Discussion: April 24 (Sat.) 12:30 – 14:10. All of presenters in poster session should be in front of each poster in this period. You will not have pres- entation time, however you will have some questions from the section chairpersons. You may have any foods and drinks there. Removal: April 24 (Sat.) 16:00 – 17:00. Title, Authors' Names, Affiliations and Countries (to be prepared by the authors) Instruction 20cm 70cm 1. Delegates may copy material for their personal use, but further copying and copying for sale or for any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of the KJJCRM2004. PROGRAM CHANGES: The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
