Crop 1203 — Introduction
JoyalStack Price Guide TO USED MAGIC BOOKS — Crop 1203 — Introduction Putting a price on a magic book is far from being an exact science. Apart from the the book's content and its author, many factors must be considered: the edition, the condition of the book, the publication date, how many copies were printed, if it's still available or out of print, if an upcoming reprint was recently announced, the presence or lack of a dust jacket, if it's a signed copy, etc. You might also have some subjective criteria: perhaps you received the book as a gift, it was your first magic book, it reminds of a favorite lecture you attended, etc. It goes without saying that evaluating a magic library is a time consuming process. Although we are dealing with magic books, there is no magic way to arrive easily at an exact value. However, hopefully, this guide will make the task easier for you.
