Board Chairman Beck Taylor acknowledged Board members and guests, Heritage University students and faculty, and Independent Colleges of Washington staff. Mr. Taylor thanked Andrew Sund and the Heritage University community for hosting the meeting; he acknowledged that the gathering was on the land of the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation. Mr. Sund welcomed special guests,
