(“AT&T” or “Transferor”) and Frontier Communications Corporation (“Frontier” or “Transferee”) (collectively “Applicants”) request Commission consent to transfer control of certain international and domestic Section 214 authority held by AT&T’s wholly-owned subsidiaries The Southern New England Telephone Company (“SNET”) and SNET America, Inc.
