Chlidanoti- nae and Tortricinae (Lepidoptera).-The Museu de Zoologia of Barcelona has an interesting collection of Lepidoptera with more than 600 specimens of Tortricidae, 279 belonging to the subfamilies Chlidanotinae and Tortricinae and the rest of them to the Olethreutinae. The ma- jority of these specimens were collected at the beginning of the 20th century in Catalonia by very known entomologists and certain part of the collection comes from the Central Europe and even Epstern Europe. In this article a complete revision of this material with records of 83 species of Tortricidae is given. Key words: Lepidoptera, Tortricidae, Catalonia, Museu de Zoologia, Barcelona. The lepidopteran fauna of the former military training area near Oleško (Czech Republic: Ústecký Region) was studied in the year 2008. This area is on sandy ground, the predominant habitats are dry Scots pine forests growing on sand. 700 species were recorded, many of them are markedly psammophilous. Oversigt over vikleroes udbredelse i Danmark (Lepidoptera: Tortricoidea) OLE KARSBOLT & EIVIND PALM Karsholt, O. & Palm, E.: Survey of the distribution of the Tortricoidea in Denmark (Lepido ptera). Ent. Meddr, 47:49-61. Copenhagen, Denmark 1979. ISSN 0013-8851. A list is given on the distribution of the 356 species of Tortricoidea recorded from Denmark. The division used is the same, which is being used in Fauna ent. scand., and deals with Il faunistic districts (Fig. l). O n! y 2 signatures are used, viz. X when the species is found in the di strict, and ? when a record could not be confirmed. The nomenelature follows Karsbolt & Ni elsen (1976), where synonyms are listed. Records for Ae/eris nigri/ineana Kawabe are Iisted to gether with abietana (Hlibner). The distribution of the Danish Tortricoidea is rather well known. More than half of the species (188) are recorded from at least IO districts, whereas only 12 species have not been found in morethan l district. Most species (319) are found in NEZ araund Copenhagen, where most Microlepidopterists have lived, and only 175 species are record ed from SJ, because a resident collector of these moths has nev er existed. Figs 2-9 show the distribution for a number of species, exemplifying typical patterns of distribu tion for the Danish Tortricoidea. Ole Karshol t, Ronesbanke 16, DK-4720 Præstø, Danmark. The total number of confirmed Irish species of Lepidoptera now stands at 1480. Key words: Lepidoptera, additions, deletions, corrections, Irish list, Elachista biatomella Introduction Bond, Nash and O’Connor (2006) provided a checklist of the Irish Lepidoptera. Since its publication, many new discoveries have been made and are reported here. In addition, several deletions have been made. A concise and updated checklist is provided. The following abbreviations are used in the text: BM(NH) – The Natural History Museum, London; NMINH – National Museum of Ireland, Natural History, Dublin. The total number of confirmed Irish species now stands at 1480, an addition of 68 since Bond et al. (2006). Taxonomic arrangement As a result of recent systematic research, it has been necessary to replace the arrangement familiar to British and Irish Lepidopterists by the Fauna Europaea [FE] system used by Karsholt 60 Bulletin of the Irish Biogeographical Society No. 36 (2012) and Razowski, which is widely used in continental Europe.

TREMATERRA*, A. SCIARRETTA*, P. PARENZAN** Note faunistiche su alcuni interessanti Tortricidi dell’Italia meridionale (Lepidoptera)° ABSTRACT FAUNISTIC NOTES ON SOME INTERESTING TORTRICID MOTHS FROM SOUTHERN ITALY (LEPIDOPTERA) Studies on the Lepidoptera Tortricidae Collection at the Agricultural Entomology Institute of Bari University are reported. Cydia johanssoni Aarvik & Karsholt, 1993, was found for the first time in Italy; Diceratura rhodograpta Djakonov, 1929, was a new record for the mainland; 25 species are new for Southern Italy. Key words: Lepidoptera Tortricidae, faunistic reports, Southern Italy.

(2020), A molecular phylogeny of Cochylina, with confirmation of its 19 relationship to Euliina (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae). Syst Entomol, 45: 160-174., which has been 20 published in final form at https://doi.org/10.1111/syen.12385. 21 1 22 Abstract. We conducted a multiple-gene phylogenetic analysis of 70 species representing 24 23 genera of Cochylina and eight species representing eight genera of Euliina, and a maximum 24 likelihood analysis based on 293 barcodes representing over 220 species of Cochylina. The 25 results confirm the hypothesis that Cochylina is a monophyletic group embedded within a 26 paraphyletic Euliina. We recognize and define six major monophyletic lineages within 27 Cochylina: a Phtheochroa Group, a Henricus Group, an Aethes Group, a Saphenista Group, a 28 Phalonidia Group, and a Cochylis Group.
