P R O F I L E

Driven, energetic, resilient and hard working.

I am the News Scholarship recipient and graduate of the WAAPA ECU Diploma of Broadcasting course. Beginning my career at Fox, I have only further excelled my news broadcasting skills - from writing, editing and assistant producing. I am extremely confident as a video journalist and reporter. Working and studying in Perth, with limited resources, meant learning and training in a range of skills and roles was imperative. Becoming a successful sports reporter and presenter is a strong goal of mine. Fox has a very open environment and you are never restricted to what you learn, S O C I A L who you learn from and who you work with and it's an environment I love. Not only linked In: Sophie Clapin have I formed great relationships with my colleagues, but my role has branched @SClapin over the likes of editing, assistant producing and reporting. I am confident in applying those skills to not only a reporter role, but in a producing or presenting S H O W R E E L capacity too. Please see link below for my showreel and collection of past work
