("PrimeCo"), an A and B Block broadband PCS licensee, l hereby files the following limited reply comments in response to the Commission's Notice ofProposed Rulemaking in the above-captioned proceeding. 2 PrimeCo supports the Commission's efforts in this docket to remove existing uncertainty concerning what fixed services may be offered by Commercial Mobile Radio Service ("CMRS") providers, and on what terms.
