TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR SCHOOL BUS PASS

morebus service numbers 415, 416, 418, 419, 441, 443, 447, 448, 449 & 450 to Parkstone Grammar School and/or Poole Grammar Schools

• A bus pass is enclosed for your child to use, your child needs to show this to the driver each time he or she uses the bus.

• The pass has been colour coded and can only be used on the bus service that your child has been allocated to. Any attempt to use the pass on another service may lead to it being confiscated. If the pass is confiscated, it will not be replaced.

• Details of the route and timings are shown overleaf.

• Please note that your child’s bus pass is for the whole academic year. If you are paying a contribution towards the cost, requests for refunds cannot be considered unless your child moves to a different address, changes school or there is another significant change in their circumstances. In such circumstances, the pass must be returned and a valid request for a refund can only be processed from the date the pass is received back. A £10 administration fee will be charged for any refund processed.

• If you move to a different address or your child changes school please notify the Sustainable Travel Team in writing immediately and return the travel pass.

• If you fail to return the pass you will still be liable for payment of any outstanding charge due (where applicable).

• If the pass is lost or damaged the cost for a replacement will be £8.00. (If the pass is stolen and you can supply a valid Police Crime Number then a replacement will be issued free of charge.) If your child loses their pass they must report the loss to the school office immediately. The school will e-mail us with the child’s details and we will arrange for a new pass to be issued.

• If you pay a contribution towards the cost of your child’s bus pass, an invoice will be sent to you. Please note that you will be unable to make any payment prior to receiving your invoice. A range of payment options are available and more information about this will be provided with the invoice.
