The Board, the Supervisory Committee, Directors, Supervisors and senior management of the Company warrant that this annual report is true, accurate and complete and does not contain any false records, misleading statements or material omission and jointly and severally take full legal responsibility as to the contents herein. Save as Mr. Yang Miao and Mr. Chen Yunhua (both being executive Directors) who appointed Mr. He Zhiyong (the Chairman) and Mr. Zhang Peng (a non-executive Director) respectively as their proxies to vote on their behalf due to other business commitments, other Directors attended the 2020 second Board meeting for the fourth session of the Board held on 30 March 2020 at which this annual report was considered and approved. III. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA issued a standard unqualified audit report for the Company. IV. Mr. He Zhiyong, the head of the Company, Mr. Zhu Zaixiang, the person-in-charge of accounting affairs, and Ms. Wu Sufang, the head of accounting department, declare that they warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the financial statements contained in this annual report. V. The net profit attributable to the Shareholders of the Company for 2019 amounted to RMB1,139 million. For the profit distribution proposal for 2019, it is proposed that, on the basis of a total share capital of 1,233,841,000 Shares in issue, a cash dividend of RMB3.00 per Share (tax inclusive) for every 10 shares held will be distributed to the Shareholders, with total cash dividend amounting to RMB370 million (tax inclusive). The above profit distribution proposal is subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the 2019 AGM before the execution thereof. VI. The forward-looking statements included in this report, including future plans and development strategies, do not constitute actual commitment of the Company to investors. Investors should be reminded of the risks of investment. VII. The Company has not provided any external guarantees in violation of the prescribed decision-making procedures during the Reporting Period. VIII. The Upper Permian Wujiaping Stage in the Middle and Upper Yangtze Region is mainly composed of carbonate rocks and clastic rocks, with lesser amounts of siliceous rocks, pyroclastic rocks, volcanic rocks and coal. The rocks can be divided into three types, including clastic rock, clastic rock-limestone and lime- stone-siliceous rock, and four fundamental ecological types and four fossil assemblages are recognized in the Wujiaping Stage. Based on a petrological and palaeoecological study, six single factors were selected, namely, thickness (m), content (%) of marine rocks, content (%) of shallow water carbonate rocks, content (%) of biograins with limemud, content (%) of thin- bedded siliceous rocks and content (%) of deep water sedimentary rocks. Six single factors maps of the Wujiaping Stage and one lithofacies palaeogeography map of the Wujiaping Age were composed. Palaeogeographic units from west to east include an eroded area, an alluvial plain, a clastic rock platform, a carbonate rock platform where biocrowds developed, a slope and a basin. In addition, a clastic rock platform exists in the southeast of the study area. Hydro- carbon source rock and reservoir conditions were preliminarily analyzed based on lithofacies palaeogeography.

In the past years, every time the festival, or when the wedding, some villagers spontaneously organize themselves, dressed in red and green, pick up a pair of small cymbals and wave them in their hands, many times there will be a small gong and drum band that play the suona alongside, if the conditions are not enough, as long as one person can also perform. The shape of this small cymbals is very similar to the dumplings that are eaten during the festival, and during the performance, both hands need to swing the rope, turn the pair of the old festival, and over the top of the head, or turn around and flip around the waist and legs, therefore, this folk dance was initially called " Fanshengjiaozi." Because Longgang Town is located in the Daba Mountain Area, it is often necessary for performers to tramp over mountains and through ravines to pick up bride, therefore, it is also called "Fanshanjiaozi".
