Parents that have children who will be eligible for Kindergarten in the Fall of 2019 can call the Elementary office to make an appointment for screening (Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2019). Appointments may be made by calling 330-863-1355. Elementary office hours are 8 am until 3 pm. Children need to be with their parent(s) dur- ing this screening process. The screening will take approximately one hour. Parents must bring the following paperwork with them to the screening in order to register their child: Child’s Birth Certificate, Child’s Social Security Card, and Child’s Immunization Record, 2 forms provid- ing proof of residency, driver’s license for picture I.D., and custody pa- pers, if applicable. Students who drive to school need to arrive at the church at 7:30 a.m. Students must bring a photo ID on the day of testing Sixth Annual (driver’s license or school ID). When students are finished testing they are done for the day and will not return Malvern High School to the school. Please make arrangements to pick your child up at the church at noon.
