MALVERN KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Kindergarten Registration and Screening for the 2019-2020 school year will be held at Malvern Elementary School on Thursday, April 4th and Friday, April 5th, 2019. Parents that have children who will be eligible for Kindergarten in the Fall of 2019 can call the Elementary office to make an appointment for screening (Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2019). Appointments may be made by calling 330-863-1355. Elementary office hours are 8 am until 3 pm. Children need to be with their parent(s) dur- ing this screening process. The screening will take approximately one hour. Parents must bring the following paperwork with them to the screening in order to register their child: Child’s Birth Certificate, Child’s Social Security Card, and Child’s Immunization Record, 2 forms provid- ing proof of residency, driver’s license for picture I.D., and custody pa- pers, if applicable.
