2016 WMJR / JCNA Dues Are, Well, Due January 20!

Yes, it’s that time once again.

To paraphrase Queen Victoria (or so it goes): 1) Get out your cheque book 2) Close your eyes and think of all the wonderful benefits that ensue from membership in our wonderful organization(s) including Jaguar Journal and this here newsletter 3) Write a cheque for $50 payable to WMJR and mail it to John Green, PO Box 648, Farm- ington UT 84025 4) Open your eyes—Oh I guess that should have been between (2) and (3).

British Humour Section

We all know that British humour can be a bit, umm, different—just think of Benny Hill.

This being a slow news month I thought I’d chew up some space with a sample. Depending on response this may or may not be continued, with or without contributions from the member- ship, e.g., a one way ticket for the Publisher to Novosibirsk.

Five Irishmen in an Audi Quattro arrive at the Italian border. The gorgeous blonde Italian customs agent stops and tells them, "It's illegal to put five people in a Quattro." "What do you mean it's illegal?" asks the driver. "Quattro means four," replied the blonde. "Quattro is just the name of the car," the Irishman retorted in disbelief, "Look at the papers, this car is designed to carry five persons." "You can't pull that one on me," replies the Italian customs agent, "Quattro means four. You have five people in your car and are therefore breaking the law". The driver replies angrily, "Brainless idiot! Call your supervisor over - I want to speak to someone with more intelligence!" "Sorry," she said sweetly, "he can't come right now. He's busy with two guys in a Fiat Uno."
