If you’ve ever asked yourself this question about your employees, chances are they could benefit from a variety of measures that can reduce stress and increase happiness. Surveys suggest that U.S. workers would welcome such assistance. Last year, only a third of Americans reported being “very happy.”1 It isn’t hard to guess why this might be the case; research and personal experience both confirm that stress can play a significant role in diminishing happiness.2 And there is ample evidence that stress levels are rising at an alarming rate. Some studies show that American stress levels have increased by as much as 30% in the last 30 years.3 Happiness may be growing more elusive due to these increasing stress levels, but employees can still achieve it. And when they do, it benefits employers as well as the individual. Data indicate that happy workers can be as much as 22% more productive than their unhappy colleagues.4 Do You Have that in Medium? I mean they’re tall, they’re pink, but not all of them are pink. The reason for this is because Flamingos only turn pink because the food they eat. For example, Flamingos usually eat shrimp which is pink which turns them pink. So if you would like to keep a flamingo home and give it other food than shrimp, it would stay the color it was when it was born. Which is gray. 3: Crystal Quartz Cave: Yes, Crystal Quartz Caves actually do exist. But they are very rare to find. For instance, some caves contain 45-70 feet quartz attached to one side of it. 4: IC 1101: IC 1101 is the biggest thing known in the universe. I don’t know for sure, but I think it is a huge cloud in our observable universe. Scientists say that there are probably way bigger things than just IC 1101. 5: Planet X??: Planet X is a known planet that I’m not so sure about. Apparently, on youtube there is a strange myth that a planet called Planet X.

One of the most common forms of media used is music. This paper adds to ongoing efforts in economics to link music directly to course content by creating a database of each year’s best song since 1964. The database provides an historical timeline to help instructors connect economic events from the past with the music of that time-period. For each song selected, key economics concepts are highlighted and a sample of the relevant lyrics are provided. This research is discussing connotative and denotative meaning consisting in emotion words in the lyrics of Twenty One Pilots’ songs in Blurryface album. The songs are Heavydirtysoul, Stressed Out, Ride, Fairly Local, Tear In My Heart, Lane Boy, The Judge, Doubt, Polarize, We Don’t Belive What’s On TV, Message Man, Hometown, Not Today and Goner. The meaning of emotion words in those song imply the songwriter’s background. The emotion words are classified based on Robert Plutchik and Henry Kellerman’s book titled Emotion: Theory, Research, and Experiment. Then, those emotion words are analysed using semantics theory to find the meaning and how the songwriter’s background is implied. The method which is used in this research is qualitative method because the research is describing verbal data which is the words in the song lyrics.
