Twenty-five rural Parishes involving 35 settlements were prioritised for surveying to enable North Kesteven District Council to establish what the local need is for affordable housing. North and South Rauceby was in Area 7 of the District-wide Fordham’s Research study of Market Supply and Housing Need in NKDC.
