The members of the executive council shall be chosen from among those nominated for the office of president and not elected to that office and those specifically nominated for the office of execu­ tive councilman. A majority vote of all those voting shall be necessary to the election of the pro- vided, however, that in case none of nominees re- ceives a rnajority vote on the first ballot, the nominee the smallest number of votes on that ballot shall be dropped from the list and a second ballot taken on the two remaining nominees. Non-law students shall be admitted in any case only after all eligible law students who apply for admission have been accommodated.1 2. ARTICLE VI-FINANCES I. All the current funds of this corporation shall be deposited and kept in such depositories as may from time to time be determined upon by the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors. 2. All surplus funds shall be deposited in trust with the Business Office of the University of Michigan for investment and reinvestment at the discretion of the
