La discoteca Elíptica ofrece al público en general el Techno como su sello en la fiesta electrónica caleña, cabe destacar que el Techno es un subgénero de la música electrónica. Con más de 15 años en Cali, se ha establecido como la única en su género y la que más años ha durado en la ciudad ya que otras que se han creado, no han prevalecido en la rumba local. Lo que ha hecho que siga siendo fuerte a través de los años es el hecho de traer constantemente los mejores artistas del Techno a nivel mundial.
