Voyager Rear Assembly Trimming Information 05/01/2017 Voyager Rear Assembly Trimming Information 05/01/2017 VOYAGER REAR ASSEMBLY ATTENTION: The Voyager Rear Assembly is designed for a stock Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Any after market parts may affect the fit of the Voyager Rear Assembly to the Voyager Kit. Will need to trim in rear For metric motorcycles, the Voyager Rear Assembly inside edges may have to be trimmed back to area & some bikes may accommodate fenders, saddle bags, and/or mufflers. need to trim on sides (For motorcycles that we have installed a Voyager Rear Assembly on and know where it needs to be trimmed we will trim it before shipping out.) You may want to take the Voyager Rear Assembly to a body shop that knows how to work with fiberglass to do the trimming. Each assembly set for the steering head consists of two taper roller bearings, upper and lower seal, adjusting washers, special bearing grease and a detailed assembly instruction. The assembly set can be changed against the standard bearings without any changes at the motorcycle. The dimensions of the bearings (inner diameter, outer diameter, total bearing height in millimetre) are listed for information. For Aprilia, Benelli, Ducati, MV, Moto Guzzi as well as for specified Kawasaki types we also offer the standard angular contact ball bearings as listed.
