Oversee in-school suspension program and staff. Liaison between high school and the Disciplinary Alternative Education Placement (DAEP) Center.  Coordinate and implement school safety initiatives, procedures, and drills. Collaborated on the introduction and implementation of new school safety procedures for the school district which promotes an active role in safety.  Collaborated in the development of and helped administer “Bring Your Own Device” and “One To One” technology initiatives.  Oversee many other aspects of daily school function.  Oversaw all athletic events, practices, and activities and assured that they adhered to all University Interscholastic League and Education Agency rules and regulations.  Composed and implemented a district wide athletic policy that encompassed all athletic participants and events.  Planned and developed a multi-sport schedule that balanced facility use, employees, athletes, and transportation.  Supervised and evaluated a coaching staff of ten coaches.  Unified athletic programs under one consistent set of expectations and restrictions.  Assisted in the development of a bond election for a new gymnasium. Assisted in planning and implementation of the bond issue from beginning through adoption.
