These changes were approved in principle at the HoC meeting in Washington DC, October 2001. Each change has been uniquely identified and the source for each change has been indicated. The implementation date has also been documented. (Note: Every effort has been made in the following pages to reproduce the content of the ICD-10 in the same format as the published volumes.
