During this period applicants should begin to lodge the revised version of Form 2, the IDAS Assessment Checklist and the new Part P Prescribed Tidal Work but may continue to lodge the previous version of Form 2 and the IDAS Assessment Checklist. From Friday, 16 December 2005, Form 2 (Version 3.0) and the IDAS Assessment Checklist (Version 14.0) will expire and should no longer be accepted as the approved forms for IDAS. Robert Bain Desley Boyle MP Chief Executive Officer Minister for Environment, Local Government, Planning and Women 300494—1 1064 QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, No. 68 [25 November, 2005 BEAUDESERT SHIRE COUNCIL Notice of Adoption of Temporary Local Planning Instrument No. 1 (Vegetation Management) 2005 (Section 4, Part 2 of Schedule 2, Integrated Planning Act 1997) In accordance with Schedule 2, Part 2 of the Integrated Planning Act 1997, the Chief Executive Officer under delegation from Council, adopted on 23 November, 2005, the Temporary Local Planning Instrument No. 1 (Vegetation Management) 2005. The purpose and general effect of the Temporary Local Planning Instrument is to affect the operation of the transitional Planning Scheme for the Whole of the Shire of Beaudesert 1985 and Albert Shire Planning Scheme 1995 by specifying levels of assessment criteria for development involving the clearing of vegetation in the vegetation management area to which the Vegetation Management Act 1999 does not apply. The Temporary Local Planning Instrument will cease to have effect on 23 November, 2006 or when Council adopts the draft Beaudesert Planning Scheme, whichever is sooner. A copy of the Temporary Local Planning Instrument can be inspected and is available free of charge at Council’s Beaudesert Customer Service Centre (Ground Floor, 82 Brisbane Street, Beaudesert) or may be downloaded from www.bsc.qld.gov.au. 25 November, 2005] QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, No. 68 1065 Integrated Planning Act 1997 PUBLIC NOTICE ETHERIDGE SHIRE COUNCIL ADOPTION OF THE PLANNING SCHEME AND PLANNING SCHEME POLICIES FOR THE SHIRE OF ETHERIDGE The Council of the Shire of Etheridge gives notice under the Queensland Integrated Planning Act 1997, schedule 1 and schedule 3 respectively, that on 18 and 19 October 2005, it adopted the following:- (i) the new planning scheme for Etheridge Shire Council; and (ii) associated planning scheme polities for:- Planning Scheme Title Policy No. 1. Consultation 2. Information Local Government May Request The Planning Scheme for Etheridge Shire Council and the associated planning scheme policies listed above commenced on 28 October 2005 and from that date:- (i) the existing transitional planning scheme for the Shire is replaced by the new planning scheme; and (ii) under section 6.1.21 of the Act, existing transitional planning policies and planning scheme policies supporting the transitional planning scheme are cancelled. Copies of the Etheridge Shire Council Planning Scheme and associated planning scheme policies are available for inspection and purchase at the Etheridge Shire Council Chambers, St George Street, Georgetown. This notice may be cited as the Taking of Land Notice (No. 913) 2005. Land to be taken [s.9 (7) of the Acquisition of Land Act 1967] 2. The land described in the Schedule is taken for the purpose of transport, in particular, miscellaneous transport infrastructure as from 1 September 2005 and vests in the Chief Executive, Department of Transport, as constructing authority for the State of Queensland, for an estate in fee simple.
