PILSEN es un pueblo checo (Plzen), renombrado por la fabricación de cerveza. También es un tipo de cerveza de fermentación baja, color dorado, entre 4.5 y 5.5% de alcohol. Pertenece al grupo de las “lager”, en el cual se encuentran la gran mayoría de las cervezas del mercado.
