Pia started work as a Script Associate for the Royal Court Theatre and then worked as Script Editor/Staff Writer for United Film & Television between 1996-1998. Pia moved on to work as a Development Executive for Carlton Comedy Department between 1999-2001 and has since been a Script Editor on shows including River City, The Bill, The Clinic and My Spy Family. She is currently working as Head of Development for Kindle Entertainment.
