Refreshments available. Showing starts at 9.00am prompt All dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times RULES, REGULATIONS AND NOTICES 1. All exhibits must be bona fide property of the exhibitor 2. No prize money, or at the discretion of the Committee, one prize only, will be awarded in a class where there are only 2 exhibits, unless the Judge feels there is sufficient merit. Prize money not collected on show days will be forfeited. 3. The Committee reserves the right to refuse right of entry or to withhold any prize, and to disqualify any competitor for jostling, foul riding and for any act which may have interfered unduly with the progress or result of the competition. 4. The Committee has made a comprehensive assessment of all possible hazards associated with this event and taken appropriate control measures to eliminate/minimise risk to both people and animals whilst attending the show. A health and safety plan is available with the Show Secretary. All those attending this event are asked to comply with all the directional signage and any verbal instructions given by show officials. Pedestrians are obliged to keep away from any area specifically designated for horses and riders only. 5. Any exhibitor lodging an objection must first deposit £10 with the Secretary, which will be forfeited to the funds if the same is not sustained. All protests must be in writing and received within half an hour of the class. Should the objection be raised regarding the height of the pony the Committee reserves the right to have the animal measured on the show field. Should the owner or the person responsible for the said animal refuse permission for said animal to be measured, then the animal will automatically be disqualified from any further competitions for the rest of the day. 6. The decision of the Judge on all competitions and that of the Committee in cases of dispute is final, without further appeal. 7. In the case of an objection being sustained, the prize will be given to then next in merit if commended by the judges. 8. No persons (except when competing) will be allowed inside the ring under any circumstances. This rule will be strictly enforced. 9. Any person infringing the rules will be excluded from the show. 10. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry, cancelling or altering the classes and the arrangement of the programme or of postponing the show in the event of unfavourable weather or any unforeseen circumstances. 11. Entries in the Jumping classes will be given the opportunity to jump in the order in which they are received. 12. A pony which kicks, is not properly under control, or in any way deemed unfit to ride, shall be disqualified. 13. All riders must wear protective headgear at all times and jackets when competing. 14. No refunds will be given unless horse or rider is injured. 15. Llangeinor Hunt cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft, loss or damage, howsoever caused, a rising out of or at the show. 16. Each competitor (or where applicable the parent or guardian) shall be solely responsible for consequences of loss or damage done to, or arising from, any animal and indemnify the Llangeinor hunt officials, agents, invitees, and show ground owners against all liabilities, damages, actions, claims, proceedings, costs and/or expenses in relation to or arising from his/her entries in the show. 17.
