''Be it enacted by the General Assem bly of the State of Indiana, That Section 14 of said al't te amended to read as follows, to wit: The State Board of Education shall appoint annually in the month of June, or at their first meeting thereafter, a committee of three, who shall constitute a board of visitors, and shall, in a body, or by one of their num ber, visit said school once dnring each term, and wit ness the exercises and otherwise inspect the condition of the school, and by the close of the Normal School year they shall make a report to the board of trustees.
