The phone message notification system allows us to send a telephone or e‐mail messages to you providing important information about school delays, closings, emergencies, etc. Two Primary phone numbers can be called for all notifications. Below is a guide to determine who needs to be called for certain events: The Primary phone number(s) will be called for all notifications before, during, and after school including school delays, closings, early dismissals, emergencies, general info, etc. Examples of primary phone numbers would be your home phone number and your cell phone number. The Additional phone number(s) will be called for notifications that may occur during the school day such as early dismissals, emergencies, after school activity changes, etc. Examples of phone numbers to submit for this would be your work, neighbors, family members, etc. The primary number(s) will also be called. Groups will be set up by the offices and athletic department to notify specific grade levels, teams or groups for their information/notifications only. Please fill the form out below and return it at registration or to your child’s office as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Helen Laviolette at 996‐4771 x‐121.
