Where the light of sun will never shine, the sea shall also never know the warm embrace of good or the security of peace. The cataclysms of the surface world are evident only in the increase of life-sustaining ruin that rains down into our realm. Though we are envious of the bounty of your sunlit kingdom, we know that it can never suit us. We are the creatures of the eternal night, the horrors that you warn your children about, and the reason you fear the shadows below. We are indeed vicious and you are wise to avoid these dismal places. Even that which is frightening has much to fear. Our past is stained with eons of bloodshed. Our legacy is that every race different from our own is either an enemy or a slave. Our hatred does not stop there, however. Even among our own kind, clan wars clan and every family has rivals that wish them dead. The treachery boils down as deep as the inky trenches that we dwell in. One is not even safe from one’s own offspring. Survival exists only for the fittest and the smartest. Our world, however, is not devoid of hope. If you allow your eyes to focus, you will see our own unique starry night. Colors of an alien spectrum will dance before you in ghostly radiance. Life, while hideous in form and function, still radiates a light that even those accustomed to rainbow-licked reefs would find awe-inspiring. Just as we have beauty here, we can also foster the forces of goodness and peace, sometimes in the most unlikely of situations. A dimly shining example of this is the Dark Trinity.. The name itself stirs up a feeling a dread, and what it represents is indeed terrifying. In the name of continued existence, lesser factions of the deep drow, obitu, and oculus species forged an improbable alliance. Their leaders, while maniacally evil in their own right, drafted a

    Public Swimming Pools List of Director approved colors In accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rules 3701-31-02(G)(2) and (3) and 5.1(C)(1)(b) "the interior surfaces of pools and spas shall be painted white, unless the color is approved by the director." This requirement became effective Jan. 1, 1999 and was revised effective April 1, 2011; and applies to new pools and spas as well as existing pools/spas that will be repainted or will receive a new finish. The colors listed below were submitted to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and have been approved. This list does not apply to primer colors. This list also applies to other colored finishes such as tile and pool/spa liners. This list may be periodically revised to add or delete colors. If you have any questions, please call the Public Swimming Pool Program at 614-644-7438. This is not a comprehensive list: any color may be submitted by the manufacturer and be evaluated on a case by case basis. Black or dark lane markers and target marks are exempted from this requirement provided that they meet the standards of the appropriate governing body.     Cerulean Lancer The ronso tribes are known for learning the monster’s ways of fighting. While most take to fighting with natural weapons, some ronsos wield lances to hunt down the monsters themselves and jump on them before they can react. The cerulean lancer is an archetype of the blue mage class, available only to ronso blue mages. Weapon Proficiency: Cerulean lancers gain weapon proficiency with all spears, lances, and polearms. This ability replaces the blue mage’s standard weapon proficiencies. Cerulean Magic: All spells and blue mage abilities that function off Intelligence now function off of Wisdom instead. Limit Break (Su): At 1st level, the cerulean lancer receives the Limit Break (Azure Lancet). Azure Lancet (Su): This Limit Break allows the cerulean lancer to absorb the energy of a creature that he can see within 30 feet. He deals 2d6 points of non-elemental damage to the target and heals the damage dealt and restoring 1 MP. This deals an additional 2d6 points of damage and restores 2 more MP for every four blue mage levels after 1st. The target must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + half of the blue mage’s level + his Intelligence modifier) to reduce the damage by half. Additionally, if the target has an ability that the cerulean lancer can learn, he may make appropriate Knowledge skill check to learn the ability as if he has seen it cast. If the target has more than one ability available to learn, he attempts to learn the ability that is listed first. This ability replaces the Limit Break (Azure Summoning).

  • Opaque Colors
    When glazing, it helps to know which colors are transparent and which are opaque. Whether a particular color is transparent or opaque has to do simply with its inherent chemical makeup. An opaque color will offer more coverage than a transparent one; that much is obvious. But it is important to remember that opacity and transparency have nothing to do with color saturation/intensity or color permanence. Both groups contain fugitive colors as well as powerful ones (red can fade quickly in UV light; blue used in even small quantities will turn the mixture strongly blue). This list is provided to help you determine which colors are best used for underpainting, which are best for glazing right out of the tube, and which may require the use of a glazing medium.
